clik turn off it will give you 3 options turn off standby or restart, click standby(varies among computers)

If you are running Windows XP,
1: Click on the start button
2: Click on Control Panel,
3: Then Click on the Power Options icon,
4: Click ont eh Power Schemes Tab.
5: Then adjust the options in " Setting for Home/Office Desk Power Scheme as desired.
5: then click Apply and Ok.
That should do it.
