On some info pages there are millions of sites. As they only show the first ten on each page how would I access some
much later without going through ten at a time?
For instance 1,950,000.

When I try to End Task in Task Manager, I get the standard "You chose to end the nonresponsive program, Internet Explorer.
The Program is not responding.
Please tell Microsoft... etc..." message, but the web-page remains open.
Does anybody know an alternate (and safe) way to end the program?

My cable internet is down a lot. The modem shows that it can receieve, but cannot send.. The send light for the modem is flashing. I then always have to unplug my cable wires, turn off the modem, then replug the wires, turn the modem back on like 4 to 10 times or more before the internet will work again. Then the internet would only work for 1 hour max, then is down again. Thus, I have to re do the process off unplugging wires, turning off ect. What can be wrong? Is it my modem that is defective or is it something wrong with the cable wires?

I know it isnt my router, i have unplugged for the router, and connected directly into my computer, internet is still down...

We live in Ortega Forest in Jacksonville and our internet connection sucks!!!! slow dial up, Internet providers havetold us that we must get dial up,due to the amount of trees in the area. Who are the fastest dial up providers who don't cost an arm and a leg and don't have anything to do with TV?? We just want better Internet..

I stumbled upon it one day and wondered what the people of Yahoo! Answers would have to say about it. I think the art's only okay, but the comics are decently funny. The owner uploads a new comic once a week, on Fridays (I think. It might be Saturday).

i have ran spybot search and destroy and it removed all it found, ie works fine, firefox goes back to the proxy setting only after i close and reopen it, but while it open it works fine

I never have figured out how to exactly fix this but when I have a pop up come up in a smaller window (one that ie didn't block for some reason), ever time I open a new window after that they all open in a small window, the same size that pop up was. Usually, if I just keep resizing it to the size I want and surf from there, eventually it'll open in a larger window like I want it to but there's got to be a better way to fix that. How can I control what size window opens up when I open a new window in ie

I have been using Ebay for five years now and often sold bits and bobs around the house. But lately, anything I put on simply doesn't get any 'hits', bids or interest. Yes, I appreciate that this is good for buyers as there is increased competition and a greater choice for buyers, but the listing fees seem more and more of a penalty with little selling success. Is it possible to have 2 laptops connected to the internet wirelesly with out having a desk top to attached the router to, if so how is this done?
is it a case off say signing up with a broadband provider such as o2 and they will provide a modem which will be plugged into the phone line then a router will be plugged into the modem and the 2 lap tops will be able to pick up this connection wirelessly?
