I tried loads of things, but they always say that program cant find it and stuff, do you have any advice, what do I do with that problem?

Problem One:
Running Windows XP
I use AVG daily and remove adware.
Lately in the morning my computer is fine!
By afternoon (especially if I have to close the computer down and restart/reconnect to internet) I have a huge problem getting connected to the internet.
Either it says the other computer is not responding/the line is busy/and a few other error messages.
Once I do get connected (only in the afternoon) up comes the next problem.
I hit something in my preferences/bookmarks - and it wont come up, but, it does if I go to a search engine - type it in and go there (that is how I got to YA)... Anything internet *interactive* - videos/games/emails - all run very slow if at all.

Problem Two: I wanted to scan using House Call - but prompted I need to update Java and then that I need ActivX - neither will download no matter what I do!

I use MixMap trackers for my other web sites, but I can't figure out how to insert the tracker code using HTML onto Blogspot. Is anyone good at using Blogspot? I'm pretty much in the dark!

So I have a cable line going from my wall into a 5-900 MHz 2-way cable splitter. One line goes from there to the tv and the other to my modem then to the router, we have two computers and a 360 connected to the router.

Sometimes even though my computer says its connected, I wont get any sign of connection. And occasionally when I have that problem it says I have a weak signal but not always.

Now the one thing that always fixes the problem is taking the cable line from the wall and putting it right into the modem, the internet always works then.

I have tried a variety of cables and cords and am convinced the problem is 1 of 3 things. I need to know if these sound like they make sense.

Either the cable signal is just too weak to be split one more time, even though we have like 4 or 5 other cable outlets in our house.

Or my specific splitter is just retarded.

Or the fact that the splitter and its 5-900 MHz is just not making the grade.

What do you think?

I mean, I understand that it means they want me to go over their story and check for mistakes or ways to make it better, but what do I do? Do I send the document back to them with my "corrections" on it (like in Word) or do I just send them an email telling them what to do?

I owned few domain names and bought it through Yahoo. They all expired few months ago, i did not renew them. Today, just for the heck of it, i checked to see if i can buy back the domain names again but it said its already sold. So i went to WHOIS to check out who owns it, it still shows me as the owner/administrator. How can this be? i didn't make a payment? Does Yahoo hold the domain name or something? how can i get rid of it so it doesn't show me as the owner and make the domain name available again to others?

I have cable internet connection which uses a router. My internet connection is down very often through out the day every day. Everytime it is down, I would have to unplug the internet cable connection from my router, then replug it in again, over and over and over, until my internet connection works again..... What is wrong with my internet connection? Do I just have a defective router or is it my internet provider's fault ? Which means, I should call my internet provider about this?

I live in an apartment complex and my friend gave me his old computer. I couldn't afford to get the internet so he suggested I get a "wireless card". So I am on it right now, but it doesn't work consistently...Is this legal? and if so, are there any tricks to where it works constantly?

I signed up to ebay added my bank details i verified my phone number as ebay called me i entered the pin i entered all my details correct i listed 4 things for sale 2 pc,s 1 mobile phone & 1 handy cam they removed my 2 pcs and my handy cam from sale their reson is that my phone number is not verified i contacted them they did not directly reply to my original email they just gave me some crap about they can understand if i dont want to give me details out and ask me to give my work number. They did not and still have not taken my mobile phone down from sale.

What is their game? theres nothing i can do that i already have not done and they are being incompetent i spend days waiting for their replys which prove to be unhelpfull.
They where quick enough to take my money for listing the items.

What can i do. There is no option for reverifying my number.
There is no live help as its ebay uk and they have no contact number.

Its disgusting

A lot of people in my school have gotten angry that our school has blocked every website (Even the educational websites which is stupid) . So they bring a flash drive to school and plug it into the computer and it loads some program to allow them to visit any website they wish. I now have a flash drive of my own and I was wondering what program, script, what ever they might be using, how does it work?, because I too wish to visit my favorite websites(which of course are blocked).

When I try to narrow a search on ebay by size, color, etc., I'm still left with thousands of choices because it never registered my search criteria. No matter how many times I input my search criteria, it will not narrow the results.
