I need help setting up my eBay account?

so where should i start, i want to be able to sell stuff and make money, i know i wont be buying stuff. How do i get an ebay and paypal account, and do i need a credit card or a bank account

Just make an account for both ebay and paypal, be sure to fill out all your info correctly.

My parents won't let me input our credit card onto paypal, so i have a prepaid credit card that you can buy at walmart and the likes.
