On the Internet explorer shortcut on your desktop (if you dont have one, make one) right click and choose properties.
Where it says Run choose the drop down that says Maximized if you want it to open up full screen every time you open up IE using the shortcut. With Normal it will open up the same size as it was when it was last closed down.
BTW in that same properties dialog window you can make yourself a shortcut key to open up IE. Something like CTRL+ALT E would work fine.

Hi Karan, don worry. I can help u with it. I will tell u how could resole this problem. There are four way to resolve this issue.
1. Open a single browser session. When the puny session window opens resize it. Do this by "streching it out" your mouse at the corners and midway with the built-in sizer tool. Once you have the shape and size you want. Close it. Now repoen it.
or
2.Try this. I have not tried it on IE7 yet, but IE New Window Maximizer is a free program that quickly and simply resets the default size of your IE browser window. The site URL is give below.
URL : http://www.jiisoft.com/iemaximizer/Default.aspx
The program works great and it's free. You can use the left Alt button while clicking on links that you don't want to open maximized. Microsoft was no help at all with this problem but, that's to be expected from Microsoft and it does work on IE7.
or
3. Resize the window as suggested above and then hold down the Ctrl key while closing the window. This can be done with any open window including IE7 or other apps.
or
4. Launch IE7 from the Quick Launch icon or the big Desktop "e". Nowhere else.
- Make sure it's NOT maximized.
- Drag the edges to where you want
- once u r okay with size of the window,Close IE7.
- reopen IE ( internet explorer )
Belive tht I gave u accurate and correct information. Pls leave the commants if u have any question.

RE:
Why does my IE window keep opening in smaller window.?
I never have figured out how to exactly fix this but when I have a pop up come up in a smaller window (one that ie didn't block for some reason), ever time I open a new window after that they all open in a small window, the same size that pop up was. Usually, if I just keep resizing it to the...

Open IE (only 1 copy). Maximize it. Hold the control (ctrl) key and close IE. That *may* fix it, or it may fix it for a while. (It's been a bug since the first version.)

for popups, the reason they are set to that size when ie opens it, is because the size of the ad fits into that size, if you were to expand it, it wouldn't look the same with a large empty space.
Anyway, you should ditch IE and get firefox. 10x better =]

Install new IE or firefox which allows you to open pages in new tab. Both the pages will be full page.
