I have not seen any personally that are larger than 20mb, mostly because it takes a very long time to send a file larger than that, plus it is possible that the recipient can't receive a file larger than that or may not have a mailbox large enough to receive it.

I would suggest trying to use a FTP program to transfer your files over the internet. It will be likely just as slow, but you can send unlimited file sizes that way because the user just logs in and can download the file directly to their PC.

Good luck!

Yikes, that's going to be hard. Gmail, Google's free e-mail service, is the most generous allowing up to 20MB. The free version of Yahoo! allows up to 10MB. Of course, you can always compress the file (e.g. WinZip, WinRAR...etc), and then send it. The problem there is that many e-mail services don't allow you to send executable file types, including .zip. Otherwise, you can use the free service YouSendIt (http://www.yousendit.com/) to send files up to 100MB in size. YouSendIt is a file transfer service but it a whole lot easier to use than a FTP manager.
