Accessing sites?

On some info pages there are millions of sites. As they only show the first ten on each page how would I access some
much later without going through ten at a time?
For instance 1,950,000.

you can actually go around 100 at a time! just click the 10th page link at the bottom of every search engine.

but if the web site you are searching for is only at the 1,950,000th place, i think you are not searching with the proper keywords!
