i have a wireless laptop with an aol router at home but i can't seem to access the internet in say the library where there is wirless connection.i get the signal but internet explorer just won't open. does anyine know why?

I go to a site and it tells me I need to update Flash Player. I do this and the animation pops up on Adobe.com and says it was installed but no security window comes up like it says it will. But it says it is installed so I go back to the site and it still will not work.

my firewall threw up a question from yahoowith the name like"y.e old module exe"
i havent seen this before so i blocked it,the yahoo logo was in the box so should i allow it,it hasent had any effect on my browser or the internet

You see, I post of a limit test right? So I get a review saying it's againts the TOS. So i read the TOS and it dosn't say anything about it limit tests. It just talks about you can't have polls, and stuff like that.

For a couple of weeks now, I've been having problems with my all three of the browsers that I use, Mozilla Suite, Mozilla Firefox, and IE. Problems include:

Scrambled pictures
Flash videos on sites such as Google video and YouTube play for a few seconds and quit as if the video had played all the way through.
EXE downloads flash error messages saying the download is corrupt.
I have lots of trouble getting into the original version of Gmail and sometimes Google calendar won't load.
Sometimes a website that I visit will randomly spit out jumbled coding and display maybe a header or a small section of the page formatting.

I've tried reinstalling Mozilla already but that didn't help at all.

My security programs include:

NVidia Firewall
Spybot S&D
F-Prot Antivirus

I recently got rid of thinking they were the problems:

Spyware Terminator
BufferZone

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
