They are just trying to get your e-mail address so they can send you spam. One of many scams on the Internet. Some might want more than your e-mail address so they can rip you off or steal your identity.

Probably not without jumping through a whole lot of hoops and signing up for 50 credit cards, 30-day trials of netflix, etc. I cannot imagine how much spam and junk mail you would get after doing everything they ask. It cannot possibly be worth all of the hassle that I am sure comes with it.
