I usually watch Prison Break online and I think if you go to the Fox website you maybe able to link yourself to the 24 show and watch it from there.
Also if you go to NBC.com you can probably watch Heroes as well.
Hopefully that helps, but type it into a search engine that may help.

I doubt there are any sites where you can watch them streaming, but there are places where you can download the episodes after the play. People capture them with capture cards and post them to file sharing sites within a day or so of them airing. Bittorrent has lots of TV shows for download.

www.peekvid.com is the best website moives, t.v series. cartoons etc...
although quality isn't great.
