I am meeting with someone to make them a website, what are the things i can say or do?

right now i have top ten reasons for a website.

why i am better
and what i have to offer.

anything else I can add?

Given the enormous amount of people using the internet, the client could be missing out on hundreds or thousands of potential customers every day. Personally I would think less of any company that doesnt have some kind of website up these days.
