DSL service is not available in my area, but I would like to use a webcam to communicate with relatives that live far away. I know it would probably be crawling along with regular dial-up Internet, but how would it perform with accelerated dialup? Or should I not bother and wait until DSL is available (whenever that is!)?

The cursor won't 'flash' in the sentence I would like to delete. I can't delete individual segments at all, the ones that I highlite, but I can delete the entire message. I used to be able to cursor, then shift key, then cursor and delete that piece, not anymore. Has this happened to anyone else ??

I bought a G.I. Joe figurine from somebody through ebay. I received my "package" yesterday. The seller had simply put the figurine in a small envelope with a bit of bubble-wrap to protect it. There was no sellotape holding the envelope shut, so the contents subsequently forced open the seal.

So... What I actually received was an envelope with a bit of bubble-wrap and an accessory of the figurine (but no figurine!!).

I contacted the seller and they said they could not offer a refund unless I returned the item. But I never received anything!

Any ideas on how to resolve this matter? I believe the seller is responsible as it was poorly packaged... What do you think?
