you can create your free website like using 0catch server(Or any other u know)
go to
www.0catch.com
register for free and you can get your website
www.(yourname).0catch.com

Make your HTML code in your computer using MS-Frontpage
and you can upload your website using FTP.

But main problem is that they are show ads on my site.

I am using this method see my site www.manthan.0catch.com and if you want to tell me thanks please clicks on some google ads which are in right hand side.

Most free hosts show advertisements and make you use their web page design thing that sucks. I use http://www.pagewaiter.com and they have very good prices (starting at $20/year!).
