I did most of my Christmas shopping over the internet after Thanksgiving and I have had a problem with EVERY order so far. One is "lost" at the post office, and neither the sender nor the post office will take responsibility (Call the sender. Call the shipper.) I received the complete wrong item on another and they're now out of stock on what I ordered. Two others have had their delivery dates changed (after I received notice they'd been shipped!) and most likely won't be here for the holidays. Another was just a bad product in general but they say no refunds/no exchange... problem is, I've spent my shopping budget and have nothing to show for it. Has this happened to you?

This EBayer is deceptively selling CD's by only selling information to prospective buyers of where to purchase the same item at a lesser cost with free shipping. He has NO INVENTORY and is selling information. I have contacted EBay about this ( today ) and he STILL is selling ! Not only do I find that this is deceptive and wrong but, it is removing revenues from EBay. The other sellers ( of the same items or all CD's ) are losing out to his deception . Why does EBay not shut him down immediately for, they are losing revenues as well ? I am hoping you EBay folks will help me put an immediate stop to this person. If, you are selling CD's - he'll steal away all your potential buyers ! Anyone wishing to complain to EBay about this individual is welcomed to do so ! Seller name is yrret13 and must be stopped !

My husband and I are currently seperated and live in seperate homes, I have recently checked our phone bill online (we have cells and a joint account) and he has been talking to someone on the phone in another state, in the middle of the night, for up to 4 hours at a time. I was curious, so I made a new email account and starting chatting with him as if I were a stranger (please dont preach at me for that) and I believe the girl he is chatting with on and offline is under 18, I actually believe she is around 16. I dont want him to get in serious trouble for this, but he needs to stop this before he does actually get in trouble, or before he does something awful. Obviously if there is nothing else I can do, other than report him I would, I would never put a child at risk, EVER. Is there ANYTHING i can do to scare him into stopping this now? I believe this her private phone line, it is a land line. (I did a reverse phone search.) Im unsure if the girl knows his real age, or not.
