Hit F5 on your keyboard, or hit the refresh icon. That will refresh the current content on a page you are looking at.

If you were talking about cleaning it out completely, and restoring to how it was when it was freshly installed: go to Tools->Internet Options-> Click on Delete Cookies....Then Click on Delete Files.....Then click on Clear History....Then go to the Programs Tab (up top) and click on the Reset Web Settings Button.

Hit the button at the top of the page w/ the circular green arrows,(if it's Internet Explorer).
Do you maybe mean upgrade your browser. If so, you should amend your question.

u can hit the F5 key (Internet Explorer) or u can click Ctrl + R (Firefox)..
or u can right click the web page and from the context menu select RELOAD (if u using Firefox) or REFRESH (if ur using Internet Explorer)..
or from the browser top menu u can go to VIEW>RELOAD (Firefox)
from the top menu u can go to VIEW>REFRESH (Internet Explorer)

Click on the TOOLS tab at the top of the page. Click on the INTERNET OPTIONS. Click DELETE HISTORY and then click OK. Click DELETE FILES, then click OK. Then click CLEAR HISTORY, then click OK. Then close your browser and re-boot your computer.
