what should i do if i want to download movies using BitTorrent like isoHunt? they tell me i have to download something like utorrent and Azureus to start P2P download...what do they meantby that??

I work in a small company of four people. Only me & the boss got the net. It was installed originaly on his PC & then on mine. We both connect to the net seperatly thru wireless connectors to a central modem/box thingy thats not connected to our pCs. we are allowed surf at lunch but can my extra curricular surfing be tracked even though i delete all history, cookies & temp files outside of lunchtime??

i want to write a letter on word, then email that same letter using yahoo. i don't know how to switch from word to yahoo in order to mail this letter. i dont want the receipent of the letter to get all the yahoo front page, etc. also the letter is too long to send on yahoo email page. please help. kamala
