H1B employment?

I currently holding a H1B.

I'm looking for companies that willing to sponsor me Green Card.

Is there any website that i can refer to?

Like monster.com for example.

Sure, Monster.com can help you find a company to sponsor you. Try to look for some bigger companies though. In my first job, my employer was not even willing to sponsor to get an H1B because they weren't generating enough income to do so. And then I got a new job with this new employer, not only that they had sponsored me to get an H1B, they also sponsored me to get a Green Card.
