how to email a letter from microsoft word through yahoo?

i want to write a letter on word, then email that same letter using yahoo. i don't know how to switch from word to yahoo in order to mail this letter. i dont want the receipent of the letter to get all the yahoo front page, etc. also the letter is too long to send on yahoo email page. please help. kamala

Write the word document and save it on your desktop. Click Compose on your yahoo mail page. Write your message, i.e. "Attached is the word document. Please let me know if you have questions."

Underneath the subject line, there is a button called "Attach Files." Click it, hit browse, choose the document from the desktop, click open, click attach files. Wait for it to upload. Click continue to message. Hit send and it should work!

Once you have composed your letter save it somewhere on your hard drive. Set up the e-mail with your reciepent then click on attach. You will then be given the option to attach a certin ammount of files. There is a browse button, choose this and this will allow you to search for where you saved you word file. once found double click on it and ths should attach the word document to your e-mail then just send.

--u can attach the document to the email by clicking on the "attach files" button below the subject of the email. Go to the appropriate location/folder where ur file is located and after that click on "attach files" or u can copy the whole document & paste it in yahoo mail
