OuterInfo pops up 3-5 times while I'm trying to work on my computer. Help Please

Install Google toolbar. Also you can turn on the Pop up blocker in Internet explorer.
Go to Tools,
Click on Internet Options
Click on Privacy Tab,
Under Popup Blocker
check the Block pop ups,
and this might help
