how can i be using messenger service on my cell phone while i sined out from messenger?

Actually your cell phone has a compatible version of Messenger which opens the session.

You can not use the same account on two simultaneous connections and that's what you'd do if you were logged in from your computer and then log in to your cell. Of course the first will disconnect and say something like "you have been signed out of the service because you signed on from a different computer".

go to box MESSENGER go down click sign in device
