The short answer is to choose Outlook Express as your default e-mail within your computer.
The long answer:
Why on earth are you using Outlook and Internet Explorer?
They may be mainstream, but they're also the least user-friendly (very inflexible).
I'm sure you know that you can only sort e-mails into folders depending on who their from.
But what if a whole bunch of different people are e-mailing you about the same thing? What if those people ALSO e-mail you about other stuff?
You're stuck.
But there are alternatives... awesome alternatives.
Thunderbird is an Outlook replacement that does a lot more than just filter e-mails by who sent them. You can filter by words in the subject and body too!
Thunderbird does more... but you can read up on it at: Thunderbird - http://getthunderbird.com
Firefox is an Internet Explorer replacement that's smaller, faster, more secure, blocks pop-ups, has hundreds of small FREE addons - for example... two used together will block all banner ads, iframe ads, flash ads... and if they miss one, you can easily add it.
Firefox - http://getfirefox.com/
Adblock Plus - http://adblockplus.org
Adblock Filterset.G Updater - https://addons.mozilla.org/mozilla/1136/
Now... you don't HAVE to get rid of Outlook and Internet Explorer... they can just sit there. But please, please(!) give Firefox and Thunderbird a try.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Amanda
