Internet - October 2006

As in our country there is instability government (Nepal). So there is less oppourtunity to get jobs.So private offices over here pay less to us because employment rate is high.They can find any computer engineer or nonthecnical people for doing Computer works. So I need to work extra to survive in this competative environment.People can understand if country is in poor condition then it is hard to survie.Ok if any body can give me some userful site where I can work to make some money.But as I search some site but rule is different .You need to pay to work beforehand.I have to pay for registration.Ok waiting someone to be messiah for me.

when i go online and have a few windows open, sometimes i get this error which says "internet explorer has caused an error" (its not one of those illegal operation things), its a large box with an explanation, and a picture of the e symbol and it has two tickboxes which say "send details of error to microsoft" and "restart internet explorer" if i close the error internet explorer closes.

I logged an 'item not received' report with ebay/paypal and have rec'd the proof of posting from the seller so it is obvious that this has been lost by post office.

Firstly, I am very new to ebay. I resently recieved an email invoice asking me to pay for an item that I have accidently clicked on. Then I told the ebayer the situation nicely and all, but he said i have to pay a $2.7 listings fee for the item, hes a real jerk. This is simply preposterous as it was just an accident. What will happen if I don't pay? will any fees occur at all? Will ebay strikes cause me to pay? I don't really care about my score since I don't sale on ebay, just buy. Any answers yahoo? Thanks.
