how can i delete my current email address and start a new one and inform my genuine contacts.80%of mail is from scammers wanting my bank account number so they can deposit millions or billions of dollars in it for safekeeping,how can i prevent them from finding my new address?

I am looking to start a forum/ message board and would LOVE to know who has the best, easiest to use (not very computer savvy) and better looking out there.

I don't want it to look crappy at all and it really needs to be easy to run.

my ex 360 friend, talked me into calling her on her Cell, Now i did use the protection code, not to show up my home phone number, we did not agrue, but shes playing the role of a Dead person, saying she died & its some one eles & me & all know its her, Long story. LOL but i only called her once & just because me & her had words on her 360 blog, she claims she can track me down, im wondering if its true? or just blabbing? please NO smart remarks, Ive been under pressure with this gal & trying to get rid of her for good. she Doesnt have my phone number, but i called her from my cordless home number, But its my friends, whom im staying with. what would you do? i need answers .

I sold some stuff, but am not planning on withdrawing yet. Does that mean the buyer still has the money, (like a uncashed check), or can I withdraw my money at a later date, if I so choose?

I bought a cd fron ebay seller and requested mail tracking number. I received email with tracking number stating delivery within 2-9 days. Never came. Post Office says contact seller. Seller doesn't respond to email. I check sellers feedback and see that everyone who bought from this seller got burned and ebay has cancelled the seller.

I started the ebay/paypal dispute process but it sounds like steps take a long time to resolve and paypal might not do much. Since this looks like clear fraud I emailed paypal to see if refunds could be expedited. No response yet but it has only been a day.

Since I paid thru paypal with a credit card can I just go to my bank and request a chargeback? Would I be doing this anyway sometime in the paypal dispute process?

Finally, since the seller used the Post Ofiice by issuing a tracking number to delay discover of their fraud does this escalate their crime to mail fraud?

Hi! I have downloaded an image from the web that is animated. Basically its like a map with different colors that fill different part of the map. The colors that fill the map changes. When i try to print it it only prints it "without any color". Believe its an animated picture that has these different images in sequence. How can i take this picture apart. I do not have any hiend picture doctoring software.
