She can find you by http://www.anywho.com and other resources of the like. Also, yes, cell #'s can be tracked. Sometimes for a fee, right off the Internet, by doing a reverse phone look up with cell #. It's kind of simple to find anyone these days. I still wouldn't worry about it, just ignore her and any kind of contact she does make! If she continues to bother you, make sure you make a copy of all correspondence she sends you, and make a police report. Just don't make any kind of correspondence back to her...none, no matter what she says or does! That way when, and if, you have to make a report to the police....you can prove you never encouraged her or her behavior! Good luck!
If she's good with computers, she can hack info on you trough that way. Just completely ignore any thing she says or does! She'll eventually give up and leave you alone after she realizes that she can't get any kind of rise or response from you!

i suggest that you let her be. You cannot track a cell phone number unless you have contact with the police. you can track someone from a home number via www.anywho.com

She cant find you, so just ignore her. Well... unless she works for law enforcement or your telephone provider anyway.
