Would copying a definition from Wikipedia and publishing it on my website be illegal? I don't fully understand the whole GNU distribution thing. I would of course link back to the definition on wikipedia, but I would prefer to keep users on my own website instead of making them go to wikipedia to read the definition.

I am using a hp laptop, and when i log into this first user i can log on the internet and do everything. But when i log onto my own user (which is password protected btw) it says i am connected to the internet(using a linksys), i can sign on to AIM and YIM but when i try to go on a webpage it says "this page cannot be displayed" or whatever,i try some of the stuff that it says but it wont work, i put the internet sharing but still no pages appear i really need help cuz i dont like being on the other person's user when i can be on mine, so i know that on,lets say user A i can do everything and am connected to the internet, but on user B, i am connected to the internet and can sign on to AIM and YIM but no webpages come up. Can anyone help? i tried to give as much info as possible, but feel free to ask more questions to help me out. Thx :]

I have trouble opening up some cards, that uses Macro Flash, and some of them say you need cookies. I'm not very good at this so I hope you can understand this.

I had firefox, removed it, now if I save an IE page as a webpage, HTML only, it saves it but the looks of the saved icon are like Firefox and it does not open with IE, it requires activex controls to be activated, once I activate them, then the page can not be displayed message shows, can anyone help me regain save like IE feature? thanks

The desktop is set to 1024X768...some webpages appear normal..otherweb pages appear VERY LARGE....The text in them is large enough to read from 30ft from monitor. On my other computer, all I had to do was hold down my mouse wheel, and then rotate it to change the size of the webpages appearance...however on this one, this is not the case. Any ideas on how to change the setting so that all pages appear normal sized?

I purchased a item only to realise the emails which looked ligit were actually fake, as a result i am out of pocket $650.I am really not happy as you could emagine. The police are involved but they say i will be lucky to get the money back. The question i was wanting to ask is how do i find the series of numbers which comes with each email that gives an address as to where the pc is they were using. I understand they could have been using even a internet cafe but ist worth a try. The ploice were wanting these numbers and i cant find them.
