This is generally theft of copyright.

It is also generally never pursued.

Check for copy right infringement first. But if you are not going to sell or re-distribute it, you should be ok. If it's just a picture, and you can right click on it, then copy, paste into paint, crop it to your liking, save as jpg. format. then you can upload it to your site. make sure you can identify where you save it..you may need to create a picture folder in your documents.
If you can't copy the item, you can alwayss do print screen button, paste into paint and follow the above directions.. if you save it as a bitmap or other format, it will take a large space on your hard drive and may not alway upload properly..

It should not be copyrighted.. but then again.. how does one know if the image(s) are copyrighted or not? Try and see if there are any fine print on the website in concern

as long as the picture isn't copyrighted. u can find out at the bottom of the website or picture...
