It depends where you blog and what you mean by a theme. On blogger there is a new set of templates I joined a new beta thing - and it looks good but I can't email blogs in now and all my blogs have a different URL. If you mean content - make people laugh that is always popular.

depends which software you're using...? In typepad you go to weblogs - edit design - change theme and select custom theme
