Privacy report?

when you are on a computer and log on to a web site and on your tool bar their is a small red dot and when you click on it it said privacy report what does that means? and what can i do?to stop that .

Its just a report to tell you what is being blocked by your browser, such as pop-ups and cookies. As far as I know, you cant disable it. Its not harmful in any way, so its not a problem.
