Download bittorrent from them or download.com and search for a TV program or music video. You donwload a compressed file or fragments from different sources and it is reassembled - a little like defragging your hard drive - and you have a TV program.

TV torrents are TV programs that you can download using a torrent client. Like bit torrent.

Torrent is the name given to a type of file sharing on-line, to download torrents you need a 'client' who will give you access to all types of material tv, movies, music ... etc.
To recommend a client i would suggest using either bit comet or u torrent.

Try google, something like "torrent (name of tv show)" without the brackets, or quotes, and obviously replacing name of tv show with the obvious.

dont bother using the bittorrent client. it will take years.
i highly recomend azureus (which has 3 different user levels + the very helpful forcestart)
or bitcomet.
