Windows XP
Open up Internet Explorer
Click tools
Internet Options
You will see it there along with Temporary Internet Files.
Just empty both.

Open your internet browser.
Then click tools at the top of the screen
then go to internet options
then click "delete cookies"

Click the "Start" button, then click run.
Type "C:\WINDOWS\Temp\Cookies" and hit enter.
Then select the cookie files and delete them.
