If a website has been removed from its server, then it's gone.

Where has the website been deleted from? It's web server?
or are you referring to URL's in your browser?

You need to post more information please.
Where are you looking for "the web site"?
Did you clear the browser cache? if so how? (manually or with a program)

Are you trying to find out where somebody else has been browsing on your PC?

Try looking in the cookies folder for clues:
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Cookies

If you have deleted them from your history and they actually have been deleted then no I don't think you can.

are you talking about the web site addresses?
if you have removed it from history is not there.
you need to re-type it.
but if you are talking about the actual websites--------although i dont think u are talking about this, then if its gone its gone.
