Only know the person's name and I want to figure out their E-mail address so i can I.M. them.. how??? How do l find out their name thingy so I can I.M. them??

Unless they have displayed their email address on a profile or are in some kind of directory, you cant. If you know who their email provider is, go to their website and see if they have a members directory.

not easy and not fullproof. sites like infospace.com can help, but if they haven't posted something on the web it's likely they won't show up.
you might think of some detective work if you know where they work. if you're interested in that approach let me know.
