Last 3 months, I did called to renew my SBC DSL Internet Service for 14.99 a month for one more year. The customer service guy did agree with me on this. He said "I'll add to you one more year for 14.99/month". I called twice to make sure that I heard him right. Recently, when I look at my bill, they charged me with 19.99/month. I can't believe it. I called back to SBC DSL to ask, they said: "Something has changed in our policy, and 19.99 is the best price that we can offer you (?)"
What should I do? Can I sue them?
