Q: i have regestered with google adsense and pasted the html codes to my site and there are many visitor who clicked my google adverts . now it is almost a month or two since i did it.

but i had a problem recieving my money. i had to submit some tax statements to the google, the problem is that i dont have any such statement regestered yet and i dont know the basic procedure of regestring to the tax.

i want to know how to regester for the tax and would like to know what type of tax registeration is required for the adsense.

please give me a brief idea about this question.

I have internet explorer 7 or 8 im not sure which one... it is the one with multiple tabs... i went to a website earlier and i forgot to bookmark it and i exited and now i want to go back to it and i have no idea what the website was... isnt there a button i can push that makes a list and i can choose how recent it was... i knew how on my old internet explorer but now i cant find it...

Most of the spam I get is from overseas. As I have virtually no use for overseas mail I'd like to block the IP addresses for the countries I'm receiving mail from. To do this I need a list of netblocks (i.e., blocks of IP addresses, e.g. 16.150.0.0/14) assigned to all countries and/or regions. Even if there aren't, I can analyze my existing spam and choose key areas to block. Where can I get such a list?

(N.B. I am not looking for sites that allow you to look up individual IP addresses, such as whois. I am aware that whois will provide limited netblock information, e.g. an ISP's netblock, but it is too limited for me. I want to banish Asia in one fell swoop. Ok, maybe a few fell swoops.)

P.S. If anyone knows of software that can analyze a bunch of spam and produce a map or report on which countries or networks are most implicated, that would be cool to know about.

I'm trying to establish a blog site (to make a little $ from advertizing and thus am doing research on pay sites, historical and genealogical), find a better job, and mess around with Yahoo! Answers from time to time. I couldn't log into my ISP, and when I called them they asked "Are you leaving the connection on when you're not around?" "We're showing a larger amount of use than in the past." (Hey, ain't leisure one of the kicks in the head of UNEMPLOYMENT! Duh!!!!) So, what they were saying was basically pay for something, but don't use it! So to get me to call, they monkeyed with my password so I couldn't connect! Sounds illegal as heck, and just bad business practice.
