BT do not talk to technical dept AND technical dept dont talk to billing dept ergo i get 'shafted'.
so much for a communications dept, and biliing dept keep charges as vague as possible. Premium charges hidden as 'other calls'

at what stage when setting it up do i remove the cables i do not need, ethernet etc, remember it is going to be wireless.
