How do i disable BT billing on premium rate number 0844 0564000?

BT do not talk to technical dept AND technical dept dont talk to billing dept ergo i get 'shafted'.
so much for a communications dept, and biliing dept keep charges as vague as possible. Premium charges hidden as 'other calls'

Get call barring and only you keep the access number, works for me. My son ran up a huge bill on premium rate calls to lines that connected in Chile. Call barring soon sorted that on.
