xara 3D is sooooooooooooooo cool! and i want to try it out, but im afraid to download it, cuz it might not be for free (im such a chicken)

Xara 3D is not a free program. They do have a free demo to download, but you don't get all of the functionality of the full program until you pay for it. Their web site states that it costs around $44.99 in the US for the full version.

Just start the download. If it comes to a point where they want money, just stop and cancel.

no. you can try it for free but it has xara backgound that can't be removed until you pay for it.

It's free to try. I think you get more funcionality when you pay.
