Yahoo sites are franchised... you would need someone in South Africa to put the money and infrastructure up.

I'm sorry if this sounds naive or stupid, I don't mean it to, but do they have computers down there? Or is that one of the countries in Africa where people are starving and living in complete and total poverty? Because if it is, they don't really need Yahoo!, they need food and clothes and stuff.

I thought South African's spoke mainly english. So, why would you need a different site? You mean for news headlines & weather? Go to CNN world section...
