I sounds like your Internet connection is at too low a speed to accept and process streaming video in real time.
You need either a cable or ADSL connection for this.

the immages are buffering.. its still in the process of collecting the information/data to play the picture..

but if u have a slow internet connection, then this is probably a reason as well

Your PC is not up to scratch - you need more memory and a faster processor. If you've got a good PC, then you may have a virus slowing things down.
