Potentially, anything that is sent to or from your computer. So if you were to log into a web site with a username and password, the person could see that, and then use that username and password to log in himself. The person may also be able to hack into your computer itself and do whatever he wants.

While some people with unsecured networks might not be sophisticated enough to do that, some are sneaky and would leave a network open just to draw people in.

If they are "silly" enough to have an unsecured wireless network, they will not have the ability to see anything. Free internet!
