I have a friend in US, Seatle, whose name is Samuel Assefa. However, I don't know his email or any other adress. Is there any email or phone number search engine that I can use by only using his name ?

With a person's name and town you may find his phone number using one of the on-line telphone books, like infobel. You' won't get his email though.

They have got a voters register you can search. I believe I picked it up on Google
