how to check printer ink status in computer.. please give me proper answer.

They work on Canon and HP printers. I am wondering if any stores out there refill Epson inks, especially the photo printer inks. I have both HP and Epson printers. The HP is a Deskjet model, and requires just plain ol ink, but the Epson is an R200 photo printer, and has 6 different ink cartridge (one for black, 5 for color). Of course, it's expensive for the Epson replacement cartridges, over $100.00. The capacity in each cartridge isn't much for the Epson, while the HP has a lot of ink and i could print a ton of stuff!

My current moniter is a mess and it's colors are 100% off. However I thought that my computer would still tell the printer to print the correct color even if my moniter isn't showing it. However, I'm starting to wonder, if the in-accurate color of my moniter is what the computer is trying to print? Does anyone know how the printer picks it's colors?

I wrote some Quick basic programs years ago which my Panasonic laser printer would interpret & print. The printer can no longer be repaired. And I have a huge, valuable data base accumulated which I can no longer output to a printer.

I have replaced the black cartridge in my HP 4110 office jet printer. I am certain that the cartridge in properly inserted however I get the message "remove and check the black ink cartridge". Have removed and reinserted several times, but get the same message. I cannot get the printer to work beyond this step. HAve rebooted, unplugged and repluged printer and tried all I know to do. Have had this printer for some time and have not ever encountered this proiblem when replacing cartridges in the past.Should I remove the program entirely from my computer and reprogram? Will this help and over come the problem?

It's a Desk jet 3740. The light won't stop flashing and I'm getting a mechanism error message that the printer cartridge cradle can't move. Only it does move. I've tried everything in the user's guide and nothing worked.
Please help if you can. I need to print out some specs tonight so my brother can fix my car. It's not working either.

We are using an IMac running Mac OSX Tiger and we had an HP PSC 750 printer prior when we were using windows XP before we switched to Mac. We went to the HP website and downloaded Mac driver for the 750. For some reason the printer work sometimes and other times does not work. The job will just stop sometimes. ?Any suggestions

Checked configuration,Ink cartridges.Everything is within normal operating parameters.However when trying to print in monochrome the paper is fed through with minimal print head movement.(3 or4 times across platter when printing afull text A4 document)Printing the same document in colour and there is normal movement of the print head and the document is printed correctly in whatever colour font from the colour cartridge. THERE is nothing wrong with the mono cartridge I even replaced it with a fresh one to make sure.As far as I can determine the answer has got to be associated with whats causing the print heads lack of movement during monochrome printing

I'm printing my own wedding invitations with my HP all in one inkjet printer and using MS Word. However, I'm having a very difficult time getting a clean print out on my small 4bar envelopes. They are 3.63 x 5.125. My address comes out centered and looks just how I want it to look but there is always a smudge, ink line, or ink dots somewhere on the envelope! It's getting very frustrating!

Asside from using labels or having them professionally printed, what can I do to stop this ink problem? I've already wasted 20 envelpes on mistakes and already have to buy more but would like to avoid making even more mistakes. Thankyou for any help you can offer!!

Your printer has been infected by a virus and is printing gibberish. After staring at several printed pages for a while, you realize that it is printing every line inside-out. In other words, the left half of each line is being printed starting in the middle of the page and proceeding out toward the left margin. Similarly, the right half of each line is being printed starting at the right margin and proceeding in toward the middle of the page. For example, the line
