I believe you're asking about a driver for your printer? Since it's a HP, go to http//www.hp.com and search the site. When it asks for a model, type in photosmart c3140, when it asks for a serial number, look under the printer.

Yes you can download drivers from the HP website for that model printer.
You don't need a CD to download anything

Please be more specific, i take it you mean you have lost your HPC3140 All in one driver and you need a new 1? if so, All you need to do is go to www.hp.com and look for your printer then once you have found your printer on their website all you need to do is download the driver and install it on your PC, then reboot and your printer will now work on your Computer

check the manufatures wbsite for the product and they would have the drivers there unless discontinued so then just use google.com to search for the "hp photosmart C3140 driver"

ya just look for the drivers online...
I had to do that for my brother 3 in 1 but than I found the cd and did it properly.

yes go to hp's website and do a search for their c3 software (it is up there for free)
then dl it and install ..ya know the deal
