Checked configuration,Ink cartridges.Everything is within normal operating parameters. However when trying to print in monochrome the paper is fed through with minimal print head movement.(3 or4 times across platter when printing afull text A4 document)Printing the same document in colour and there is normal movement of the print head and the document is printed correctly in whatever colour font from the colour cartridge. THERE is nothing wrong with the mono cartridge I even replaced it with a fresh one to make sure.As far as I can determine the answer has got to be associated with whats causing the print heads lack of movement during monochrome printing

lack is due to los cpu memory, Other than that look through your printer settings & make sure to do a test page before really printing.. clean the nozzles etc... Make sure all cables are connected proper & secure.
