If the previous person's answer about looking at the printer driver's settings doesn't work, then you'll probably have to use a program which was installed with your printer driver.
One of my printers is a Lexmark, and I have to run a utility program in order to see the ink level.
Just check through the printer programs which were installed with your printer driver.
You can also find the solution to your problem by visiting your printer manufacturer's web site. You can download drivers and manuals for your printer model there and they should also have troubleshooting information on the site too.

Hi there,

If you using Windows as your operating system, do the following steps below:

1. Click on Start menu
2. Point to Settings -> Printer and Faxes menu
3. Then in Printer and Faxes window, select your printer type and right click on it. On the shown pop-up menu, choose Properties, to showing your printer properties window.
4. Lastly, click on Maintenance tab on the printer properties windows, and click on View Printer Status window button in the bottom of that window.

That's all, hopefully it helpful.

Warm Regards

go to start menu and go to settings and scroll over and select printers and faxes. Once the screen comes up select printer on there right click on the printer and go to printer preferences and click on the different tabs and there should be a device settings button on one of them and then select estimated in levels. I hope this helps. It is different for each printer but this will at least get you in the right direction.

i think you just have to open up the printer cover and you will see the cartridge moving. on the printer you will see emotional faces, so you just have to see where the printer cartridge stop at!
