If it prints the first few lines perfectly, then completely omits the rest, then it could be the paper settings for your printer.

First, check the paper is in the right way aruond and check the the guides are nice and tight.

Next, when printing, in Properties check the the paper the software thinks it is using is the same as you have in the printer.

Most printers suck really badly.

Does it print the first few and then jam? If so - the printer may be dead, or in need of repair.

If it is new enough, take it back for a warranty exchange or repair.

Otherwise you might just want to shoot it - especially the printers that come bundled with systems, most are completely useless pieces of junk.

I suggest you turn it off and completely disconnect it from the power and the computer. Also, try shutting the computer down. At times that resets it. If it is a fairly new printer and a known brand, you can go to the web site for help too.
