and firefox has to work out so much i cant watch quicktime movies it is so slow! i have zone alarm avira skype and msn that is all i have open

hey please help
i built a new pc with like pro - AMD athlon 5400+ 2.8ghz dualcore
8800gts nvidia graphics
asus mother board M2V
1gb ram ddr2
i think the errors are conflicts between mother board and graphics
but not sure i crash ALOT ( every 10mins - 1 hour-MORE ) every day would like sum help please

My motherboard says that it CAN boot to a flash drive, and this would come in handy since computer companies are getting cheap and just not putting in the floppy drives.
