Judging from some of the answers you got, your're in the know. Here's a funny one. My coffee maker and computer raced for pink slips. It was a fair race, heads up. I pushed the button on the coffee maker, and started the computer. Needless to say, the coffee maker is selling my computer on e-bay.

2 delete cookies- temp files- history
3 in privacy setting there click reset web pages
4 under accessories system tools use disk defrag
5 run a registry cleaner if you have one
6 you can also use disk clean up under system tools

You also must verify for your space disk, must be more than 2GB free to get a good swap space.
