As the question above states, i have an ASUS G1 that i recently bought and i was wondering if i will be able to upgrade my CPU (the T7200) to a Centrino Pro. Or will it be too costly, void my warranty or be too much of a headache to perform then worth? (also possibly making my system unstable or increase heat)

I recently updated my bios on my presario 2517A1 (2500) notebook using the flashing program found in the manufacturer's website. Midway, my notebook shut down and I cannot boot it up now. Please somebody help?

I got everything set up and then I took the internet cord out of my PC and hooked it up to the laptop. The internet worked. Just a few hours ago, I tried to set up a wireless internet connection and it said "Please enter your password" and then it said my name that I use on my PC. I did not enter or register for anything. I did not type in my name. Could the internet cord on my PC be putting information on my laptop? And where can I retrieve this password at? Really confused, help.

RAM: 2GB
Processor: Intel 2 Core 1.60Ghz
Graphics: 256MB
Cap: 120GB
Security: Norton Internet Security 2007
hard disk called Vista is loosing a GB everyday. All the folder including hidden folers inside the hard disk add upto 13 GB, but the information shows i have used 30 GB. no idea how. if it goes on this way, in 80 days time my hard disk will have nothing to store. I did not install any programs yet. No torrent program, no limewire, no junk programs, no virus, no trojans, no spies, no cookies, no adwares nothing found. how can this happen? can windows vista itself eat capacity like this? can someone help me please.

I got my computer in december and i applied for the vista upgrade. I check back on my order status daily and tells me to check back in 2-3 weeks. I've been doing that for awhile now. They said they were shipping early march but its mid march now. If anybody did get it, did they send you a shipping confirmation? Did the order status change?
