how do i restore new word perfect 12?

first you need to uninstall the old one . by the add/remove system... then reinstall it again

place the WP12 in the cd drive it should self boot and start to install WP12 follow the instructions ,

if it don't self boot then in windows explore click on your cd rom drive in the files window look for setup or install double click on that and it will start the install procedure follow the instructions
